.... Just got a call from the FEARED W&A. The guy tells me that they did NOT buy the debt. They were hired for Binding Arb. Exactly what is that and how does it work. Also will the Ceas Comm. still letter work? I also requested they NOT contact wife at work.
He then had the nerve to ask where she worked.(Ha)
Anyway the cards are in wifes name only. They are not company cards.
Can they use a notice in the paper as the same as service in person of suite?
If only she files CH7 how will they handle exemptions that are allowed?
Will my CR be affected? At least one of us could still have/get credit.
How can they freeze a checking account w/o a judgment?( They have the acct. # due to dummy me doing a Ck. by phone one time.)
I'm in Ga.
