If you received NO notice or repo, and it was so soon after the purchase, it is POSSIBLE the transaction was never actually completed.If so, and no UCC financing statement was ever entered, it was likely just a rescinded sale.

In any case, it is being reported incorrectly by SOMEONE. You have no real risk in my opinion, as there can be no legal repo if the sale never was completed.

I suggest you start by disputing the accounts as incorrect, "not a repo" in the Exp. case, and "not a chargeoff" in the case of TU.

Go over your paperwork from the sale, have a lawyer look at the contract and give his opinion,get a consumer lawyer to do this. I would NOT suggest sending any letters to any creditors at this point, as I am not sure exactly WHAT happened, or which State's repo laws would be in effect.

EXACTLY how was the repo effected? Was it a voluntary "return", or did they use a repo agency.
