They pretty much have it. They will have enough to win in court with this I believe. That is my opinion but if you want to be sure you should go to your courthouse that hears civil suits for debt and the amount that you owe. Do a search if you can online of collection cases that went to court and see what proof they need to win.

Generally validation includes a copy of the application with your signature and a full accounting of the charges and the interests. If those accountings were from the last five years, I would think that they would have enough to win in court.

You might consider what your next option will be.
