I have a collection agency calling me over a student loan that is over 15 yrs old they are trying cohoarse me into pawning my car title or borrowing from my family or friends to pay the settlement offer I was offered, when I told him I have been seperated for 3 years, even though We have filed taxes togather in the past they have taken some if not all and applied it to the loan I owe .... I am now working and told him to have the government garnish my wages now that I am working he still leaves messages on my answering machine of what he will do to me like take the money out of my Husbands bank account that I'm not on, and make him finacialy responsible.... why does he keep leaving messages like this on my answering machine ....????
