An affidavit of sale by a cc company to a CA or debt buyer is valid and they are entitled to collect the full balance.

The only question to me is: each state has a legal rate of interest on a declining balance--and can the debt buyer keep the same terms as the original bank credit card application--when they no longer offer the same benefits or services?

I think not.
