They have not sued yet. The account is several
years old, but I stopped paying about 10 months
ago. Now they want to take me to NAF arbitration
when I already have had an award from Century
Arbitration since September of 2003. How do I
get this confirmed now so in case they go ahead
with their arbitration I can show mine came first.
Is there a way to file this in court without a
lawsuit already underway?
