Confirming Arbitration Awards

This is a follow up to my earlier post. How do I get
my arbitration awards confirmed against MBNA (haven't
taken me to court yet, but are trying to take me to
arbitration, even though I have already received an
arbitration award against them. Theirs will take
place through NAF---surprise, surprise---mine came
through an outfit called Century Arbitration Associate.) I want to get my award confirmed before they win theirs against me...unless I can stop it
somehow.
I also have an arbitration award against Wells FArgo,
but am in court with Eskanos and Adler. So far have
had first Case Management conference at which I tried
to get judge to confirm the award. she wants more
detail about the procedure first, as it "may not have
complied with the cardholder agreement", according to
EA. Is there a way to get this award confirmed outside
of the current court action so I can move for dismissal
before the next hearing?
