There is a BIG difference in the use of "credit scores" to determine premiums charged, and MOST insurance company's underwriting guidelines that do not allow them to WRITE homeowners' insurance on BK's or foreclosures within past 3-5 years, (or some with ANY paid claims over $1,000 within the past 2-5 years).
