A lady at this site {www.creditcourt.com} has posted an exchange of emails and faxes from the Richmond Fed asking the question why Cap1 and others are allowed to violate the FCBA by charging interest and not sending statements. The Fed simply replies they've investigated and find no wrong doing. I can't understand why 304 of the FCBA does not come into play in these situations? Do you have any thoughts?
