Why Chat, They have been reporting. Do I send your SOL letter to their Attorney too?. I think the lawyer backed out because he knew he lied in writting in his brief to the court that I never made any attempt to contact him after he filled Admissions. I produced a certified receipt answer before he filed a Motion for Summary Judgement and quickly filed a Motion to Dismiss with my own briefs a week before the scheduled hearing. Then he Filed the Motion to Dismiss less than 24 hrs prior to the hearing so the Judge never even seen this case. On one side I'm mad as hell and on the other side I feel lucky and wonder if I shud let go for now as any new action that might come I'll have to hire an attorney. Thats for listening.
