It was dismissed due to non-payment. I changed jobs and my new employer did not activate the payments to the trustee. It's a long story of all I wennt through. But, I worked out payment arrangements with anyone who initially contacted me after the dismissal. Now I actually have decent credit and these guys came out of the woodwork. They tacked on interst. Am I within the SOL? Although the house is in my husband's name, they say they can put a lein on it. Of course they say I qualify for a loan and they have a lender at 21%.
