experain not deleting info

my wife is attempting to have info removed from her experain credit report the other 2 have removed the the items in question authorize user on account but experain is saying they verified the the items in question and they are not going to remove them i avery long paper trail regarding the matter along with 2 new reports from trans union and equifax that are cleaned my wife is going to file small claims against them for 5k the limit for calif due to all the problems this caused her mainly our refin for the house any ideas or suggestions wuold be alot help for us
