Hey, I have a question and would welcome any responses. I have a number of old debts that have been sold to mostly Sherman and/or Asset Acceptance. They are all in collection from different agencies. These debts are 5 years past the date of last payment, the SOL's in WA is 6 years. If they havent sued in 5 years, I'm betting they wont. Right, Wrong? Anyone think CA's will wait until the last minute and sue? I have a good job, but NO ASSETS. Anyone have any experience with timeframes on lawsuits? Anyone think I'm home free?
