Please remember also , that if it was an telesales call in which it was done either by the Card Holder calling MBNA in regards to a Mail offer for a credit card, or if it wss an application in which MBNA called the Card holder with the purpose of selling a product to the potential Customer.. This way there would be no signature.. It would be a verbal disclosure , MBNA may have a tape of the conversation as well as the telephone numbers . I do not know for sure, but I have had credit cards in the past in which it was done with a verbal authorization not written. Good luck
