I was talking with a friend last night about this board and the help I've gotten when he told me about a letter and a call he had gotten from " Americas Network / Encore" about a bad check that was over a year old. He said he told them to send a copy of the check. He said they wanted to collect about 4 times what the check amount was for. Could not find the letter at the time but he is going to look for it.
In the mean time has anyone here had any dealings with this company? I will call him and advise.
Again we are in Ga.
