Yes, I did make settlements with MBNA and NEXTCARD in Feb of 03. Thought I was doing the "right" thing.

As far as proving that I was insolvent at the time, I definately had/have more debt than assets with one possible exception...how I was able to make those settlements and pay off as many medical bills, etc as I could was from the property settlement from my divorce of the 401K & IRA. Would getting and using those to try to "catch up" on my bills make being insolvent impossible?
