Creditors Interchange is a scamming CA almost as bad as NCO and their lying collectors. Threats of lawsuits are just a scripted con job. Send them a total cease and desist to get them out of the picture. Make your offers of settlement directly to B of A.
That way the scamming Collection Agency doesn’t skim 40% of your money into their pockets. Yes, the OC will deal with people directly again after you C and D the scamming CA out of the picture. Don’t worry yourself about BofA’s profits. You’d be wiser to put food on the kid’s plates first than worrying yourself about gassing up the CEO’s new Maybach.
