1. Suit was filed. Contract was a written promissory note (loan).

2. My attorney told them that TX STOL was 4 yrs & filed answer

3. They sent letter citing OH STOL of 6 years on an oral contract. This, obviously is a written contract.

4. Def atty also cited contract provision governing choice of law: OH.

5. My attorney told them TX STOL would apply.

Its really kind of funny, but I wanted to know if TX sTOL would apply b/c the contract was signed in TX and they marketed to TX.
