Cat, sounds like you are having some anxiety. I've been there. You know I am not a legal eagle, but as far as I know, your retirement is protected. I am sure someone will be along to reasure you. Meantime, here's a thought. Run the SOL. Worst scenerio, you work a couple of years longer. Where did you read what? If there is a problem, there is a solution. You are on top of things, nothing is going to take you by surprise. All this crapy stuff is going to be over and done with and you are going to be just fine. Lets wait for someone with some legal savy. OK. Relax.
