question re: dismiss with prejudice

my husband got sued by an ins.co due to a car accident that involved the exwife. She never transferred title out of his name. Eventually, the ins. co filed a Plaintiffs motion to dismiss with prejudice? Am I right to assume that he was dismissed of any responsibility regarding this matter? It shows on our credit report as a judgement. What should i do?
