Right, right, emesis basins have that wonderful kidney shape. Makes them practical for uncontrolled heaving by post-op surgical patients. Not so much anymore, but back when Ether was the anesthesia of choice. Before copper-weave foot-slippers for Operating Room personnel - to discharge static electricity -patients were known to blow up on the table.
