Lady,

I did read EX-Spouses posts and here they are:

His original posting:
"3 large credit reporting agencies have just removed CC Debt in my name spent by an ex-wife. She was arrested so I gave the paperwork for my proof. CC Co. still after me for the balance. Question is....If it's removed off 3 major reports I'm I still responsible ?? Help lots of $ owed."

His 1st reply"
"Yes. County Sheriff. the ex- will try to pull me in but she did it all. Again, if the 3 major creidt bureus dropped it am I good to go. Maybe not looks like."

His 2nd reply:
"18 months ago. she was arrested in november 03. They say they will investigate and decide if I'm clean or not. If not they hit me big time. Didn't I clear myself working with the credit bureu(s)"

His 3rd reply:
"No,no,no. She took credit in my name, without my approval. FRAUD, or damn good manipulation of a bumd white guy. She is very good like a shell game. THE ARRESTED HER BIG TIME."

************************************************
Lady, Lady, Lady:
He uses the word fraud a few times regarding her actions but never, NEVER, does he state the charge that she was arrested for! I can "assume" that it was fraud or similar, but the fact is that I DO NOT KNOW!

Also, he does not state if she was convicted, which I'm sure you will agree is important, and could mean the difference between having to submit a couple papers to the OCs, or having to spend a year or more and $$ on lawyers to have his name cleared.

Lady, when you reply try to take some constructive advice:
1. Read the post and stick to the facts. Leave the conjecture out.
2. Don't nitpick every little flaw or bite at people who are trying to help. Some of your posts are questionable also. None of us are perfect.
3. Don't constantly interject just to say something. Remember that, "Yeah, what they said", is not really constructive on a message board, just redundant.

Your reply to my last post is off-topic and just adds more garbage to make the replies less readable. Put your personal feelings aside and try to act professionally.

If you notice, I am replying in a separate post so that EX can read the REAL information without having to deal with our petty bickering. Also, the moderator will have a much easier time deleting this singular post (which I request they do - It is off-topic!). I will NOT go tit-for-tat with you on this board any longer. What you are doing is called flaming, and it is rude and demeaning to all of us. If you have a problem with me I can set up an email you can contact me at, and we can settle this offline.

I really don't recall ever starting a feud with you but you seem to enjoy interjecting negative replies to some of my posts. In an attempt to put this behind us I will take a step forward and say this:
"If I have offended you in my postings I apologize - No harm to you or others has ever been intended."

My wishes here are to help myself learn, and to help others learn by providing information that I have found useful in my life experience. I find everyone's point of view to be welcome and useful because I believe it is important that we respect the views of others - even if we don't agree with, or understand them.

That being said - I hope that life treats you and everyone else well, and showers you with the love and happiness we all deserve.
