No intrusion, I just posted to CATBALLOU because of reading her earlier post. I've seriously considered BK but I'm still "tied" to ex up in WV through property, accts, up there. The court up there won't enforce its own orders. The last 4 years have been a nightmare with all of that and if I file BK and he gets dragged into it he will continue to make our lives hell. I also bought a home here in NC when I moved here with my sons in 2000. I have over 10,000 equity in in. I can't lose their home over this one credit card. Sorry for unloading like this, but thanks for posting.
