First see if there really is a judgement against you. If there is not, then just ignore it. It has to be past SOL after 8 years. OPT OUT. This prevents scavenger CAs from getting old info and trying to collect. You can find info on how to OPT OUT on Why Chat's web site. While you are there you can check the SOL for your state.
