yes if you are umeployed or have been denied credit in the past 30 days, or something like that, you're entitled to a free report. but actually, if you call the 1800# to the CRAs and just punch in that you've been denied credit thru the menu you should be able to get one. its just a big computer on the phone, i read somewhere they don't even check if you're lying or not. it worked for me, i was denied credit recently trying to get a gas card to rebuild credit, but even when i called it didn't ask when exactly you were denied credit. give it a try, it should work. good luck............
