I have a question, I noticed 2 inquiries from a creditor, it says Collection Purpose.
But can they legally look at your credit if the acct charged off in 1998? SOL in FL would be 4 years.
Also I reasd that I can sue for $1000.00, is this correct? I just wanted to make sure. The account is scheduled to come off in a couple years.
