I would not even think about contacting a CA. You are doing the right thing by checking your credit report and looking for a judgement frequently. Lady is right about the expenses. My attorney gave me a form to follow.
I imagine that they would find you if they were really looking. You have a drivers license. It is easier for them to move onto an easier target.
