i filed in texas, also my lawyer let us pay it out tho...like 1500$..and unless its filed..i bet they will speed to a judgement if they can. watch and respond ..dont ignore that. ask ur lawyer and hope he is better than mine was who let my house get in such a mess and laffed about it. i didnt find it funny in the least cause in texas..if u re-fi ur house and it goes back they can not come after u for the diff. he managed to get me higher interest ..legal fees and foreclosure happening. i would def check into it and dont assume anything. good luck to u! the judge was scary to me but hardly anyone was at the hearing..no creditors at all..and they were sad. people losing their bisnesses..old people..it was sad. i take that back..a bank was there with the people losing their bisness for their collateral.
