My husband co-signed a mobile home loan for his brother. His brother defaulted and it was repoed over a year ago. He was in MI. We were/are in NY when it happened. How long did it take before they came after your daughter on the repoed mobile home and got a judgments. Nothing is on my hubby's credit report as of yet and no collection agency has called my husband looking for him, only his brother.

Just wanted to know. I know you guys are in TX so it is a little different there. Repoed mobile homes come under the UCC and are four years Statute of limitations.
