i imagine so ladyinred. we get them all the time..i heard some people got some with their dogs name on them! of course it isnt legal..a minor cant have a contract. but its a computerized mailing list..and they all in fine print say "this depends on information given and credit history" somewhere on there. my mom still gets mail and she has been gone 6 years!
