Even if they do find you and sue, it has been my experience that if you fight the suit, demand the records, the CAs do not have them. I had two lawsuits dismissed, I did have an attorney, but once he filed interorgatories for them to answer, and produce records, they (the CAs) went away and dismissed the case before the hearing dates, and never answered the ?? or produced the documents.
I would wait, and fight before BK. You have nothing to lose in so doing.
