hmmmm. thinkin. she never had a CA. they lied to her..did this "if u turn it in voluntarily ur fine" ..she did..they let someone else move in..evicted them..and it is now on her credit report. she was never served. prolly...a year or less. not sure exactly what is on her report..or what it is listed as. . we havent been able to mess with it like we should. however they havent ever gone after her or a bank account or anything on it. it showed up a couple years ago when they were looking for a car. i need to look up the statute on that dont i? lol. again i stress to people do not co sign anythng unless u can afford it! man i learned that the hard way.
