Why Chat and Otheres, have had several posts over time regarding Repoed Cars. There is a lot of paper work that you are supposed to get, regardng sale etc. Sometimes they screw up, and do not do things correctly. If that happens you may have grounds to legaly refuse to pay, or fight if they should sue you. Also I am not sure of the SOL on this, but it has been mentioned before. Knowledge is Power. You need to know and understnd your position and rights.
