re-aging is a fairly common trick to keep a bad report on longer than necessary. I have an old copy of a CR that shows dola at 5-00. On the new copy of my CR it shows dola at 7-01. I have proof of the last time I paid, so I have some leverage in getting this fixed. It happens often, so keep those old copies, folks! It also does affect charge-offs and sols to a degree. Cap 1 is notorious for making an account look like it charges off every 3 months, so beware if you have one of their accounts.
