SORRY to start a new thread, but there is major comotion in here! What is going on in here?
Anyway Answere to LADYNRED.
YES they are hard ones, under the 2 year, where everyone can see.
So can they pull hard ones, or only soft ones?So when can you sue a creditor for peeking at your credit? I read under lawsuits against CRA's & Creditors, that you can sue $1000. I am confused.
Ok they can peek if you owe the $$ for ever.
Even past the SOL
how about when the acct is considered obsolete? Past the 7 years+180 days?
God it seems they can do what they please; when they please; how they please! HMMMM
This is invasion of privacy in my book.
See they looked and saw the credit is now AAA clean.
Except for theirs which has 1 year to go or so.
Well, I thought I could sue was getting ready to file papers at court house today. Aw man.....
I would of looked like an a$$$$ in court.... LOL
