SORRY to start a new thread, but there is major comotion in here! What is going on in here? Anyway Answere to LADYNRED. YES they are hard ones, under the 2 year, where everyone can see. So can they pull hard ones, or only soft ones?So when can you sue a creditor for peeking at your credit? I read under lawsuits against CRA's & Creditors, that you can sue $1000. I am confused. Ok they can peek if you owe the $$ for ever. Even past the SOL how about when the acct is considered obsolete? Past the 7 years+180 days? God it seems they can do what they please; when they please; how they please! HMMMM This is invasion of privacy in my book. See they looked and saw the credit is now AAA clean. Except for theirs which has 1 year to go or so. Well, I thought I could sue was getting ready to file papers at court house today. Aw man..... I would of looked like an a$$$$ in court.... LOL Thanx.......
