Parry it does work and I have proof! You don't have to use $1 if that's not your style, it could be any amount that you choose. If taken to court the Creditor will not be able to prove there was not a new contract. So if you don't want to think a little outside the box then that is your right. I feel people need to look at other avenues to maybe smooth over their desperate plight of credit card debt.
