I seems to me that since you listed CITI as the plaintiff in this case, that RMA may be out of the picture. I saw this strategy posted elsewhere one time, maybe on this board. Have a bankruptcy attorney, one who's letterhead would signify that they specialize in bankruptcy, or who is known there to specialize in bankruptcy, contact the Plaintiff's attorney and have him work out a deal for 30% or 35% + reasonable attorney fees, or else he will follow thru with your filing for BK, in which case they may get nothing. This may work for you.
This way you may minimize your expense by resolving this without having to actually file BK, but yet having the Plaintiffs attorney know and understand the sledgehammer of BK is about to come down on his clients head, in which case they and he will probably get nothing.
Just another thought.
