Go to www.creditboards.com and do a search on interrogatories. Lot's of good info there and some interrogs that will give you some ideas of what to ask for. I believe what you want to do here is interrogatories and notice to produce documents. Check the court rules/procedures for your state and whatever court your case is in. Interrogs are the questions you want/need to ask. The other document is the demand for the docs that you want to see.
