Today I ahd one of their workers tell me that i should have my husband call because he is obviously teh smart oen in te family, then she wouldnt let me speak to a manager and repeatedly hung up on me. Upon speaking to some one else i found that 1. neither of the places taht the 'checks' had been written for is available for me to speak with, 2 the bank has NO record of said account, and 3 jbc does not know how to verify any of their claim... My hubby doenst remember writing this check, and the account # they gave us for teh bank was his social security... can we say securtity issues?
