If I were in your position, I would submit the motion to dismiss and wait on the rest. If the judge denies your motion, you will be given time to answer or file your next motions. Basically, the motion to dismiss stops everything until it is heard. I think Kelly is correct about the subponea..you might want to do a subponea duceus tecum (sp?) and request the lawyer information. Keep this in mind, the other side must respond to every single piece of paper you file with the court. So, keep the process going as long as possible.. You can go to the courthouse to the law library and there are huge books there that have all different kinds of interrogatories that can be modified for your particular situation. You seem to be on the right track. Good luck
