First do two things.

One send them a certified letter stating statute of limitations. Two file a motion with the court asking the court to dismiss the case based on statute of limitations and improper venue. ALso send them a letter requesting validation if they continue with the suit.

You should always answer these things. YOur affirmative defense is Statute of Limitations. Also ask the court to file contempt charges against them for abuse of process. Asset will play dirty.
