Settling Debt

Hey everybody. Just old Power again.

After looking at my tax return, I will be getting around $5k back. When I call up Sherman Acquisitions, how much should I offer on a $13.5k debt? If you have read my past questions, you'll see the history of this debt.

I do not want to work with Creditors Interchange, who are working on behalf of Sherman. CI reps are lying to me and harassing my relatives, after a whole 3 weeks of having my account. Should I call Sherman and just tell them I will settle with them, not CI? I really do want this to end. I don't want to spend too much time dealing with this anymore.

I know that my postings seem redundant, but I want to get all this crap taken care of by the end of February, if possible.

Thanks to all of you,

Scott
