The Lie defines these lice. This is their primary tool of their venal trade. Carpenters wield hammer and saw, Electricians use wire cutters and tape, Doctors employ the scalpel and Striker Saw.
CA Vomit-bunnies Lie. Always. Without exception. The day a CA tells you the world is round, this is the day you run to the nearest chapter of the Flat Earth Society and pledge lifetime dues.
Be sure they aren't filing suit and 'serving' someone else - ha ha - like someone in their orifice, so as to get a fraudulent judgement against you.

Oh, they claim they have a signed receipt for CRRS mail sent you which you never received? Call the US Postal Inspectors, file a written complaint.

This was an idea brought up by a wise contributor a while back. These scum are in a mail-intensive business without which they'd be hamstrung. Ironically, albeit predictably, they routinely lie about not receiving your certified items, conversely accusing you of same in the manner of projective criminals. This is all worthy of investigation by the Postal Inspectors. Call them tomorrow morning, follow up with a letter. Nail these scabies-rats.

Conversely,
