Due to being in a serious car wreck, I had to file for disability and I am still waiting for a decision. When I WAS able to work, I paid MBNA on the credit card 'religiously' and NEVER missed a payment. Now I am getting phone calls AND form letters from W & A. There is no way I can pay this debt now. I have NO income of my own and I do not own a house. I only own a car. So all I can do is let the answering machine catch their calls. I will not return them, seeing as there is no way I can pay this debt, there's nothing I can do on my end, and most of my relatives are either on disabiliity themselves or on Social Security or SSI.
