I agree wholeheartedly. In my case, due to a car wreck I was in (rearended while sitting still at an intersection by woman doing 50 mph), I had to file for disability and I can no longer work and pay my bills, including the MBNA bill I owe. It's not that I dont WANT to pay it, it is just that I cannot pay it. After three years, I am still waiting on a decision from the disability board.
