I have "offer" and "acceptance" letters for these settlements which contain the following: ". . the account shall be deleted, from the credit report and credit bureau to which we report, or in the alternative, reported to the bureau as PAID/SETTLED." As well as, "Yes, we accept. The above is correct and upon receipt and clearance of sum $_ our account receivable number __ as above stated will be, for all purposes, PAID IN FULL and all conditions complied with." If this is signed by both parties they can still sell the remainder???? I also checked out your website and found a ton of great info, Thanks, in sounds like the best tactic is debt validation? right? Should I do that w/ the attorney's I have already spoke with? too late??
