You say CA will settle for 30% on a contingency based collection--where you still have to pay the client at least 20%---just so some jerk collector can hit goal.

But the kicker is you want an Intel check by phone-- now based upon a FAX--(which is an illegal communication because it is not a private communication)---and only promise to send a letter quote:

"By giving the Intel check shows that you are serious paying this debt. If you start talking money orders, etc..they will not take you as seriously and try to help you.

"Tell them you also want to receive a release letter "when they verify funds and the payment is good."

What a FLIM FLAM artist you are!

The other 70% will be sold to another agency!
