yet another general question /thoughts

i read the archives..and saw one on this guy sending a 1$ or something..well my CA and cap1 is still adding on interest and fees at 30% a month plus 60$ in fees. how would anything help that? and im sorry, imwary on settlements. for one it dont matter cause i dont have that kind of money. for 2..whoever out there wants to..get it all in writing..get it sealed and off ur credit ..and get it account paid in full so no one can come back on u to go after the rest. also i for one simply post on what i do KNOW. things i have dealt with..or looked up as law..or have first hand knowledge of. i wont throw out something i havent knowledge of. in general i suggest this. i have only been dealing with debt and CAs for maybe 5 months in my whole life. i am learning all i can about my rights..the law and what to do. i truly dont have the money and i had no idea the lengths these collectors will go to to get u to pay or rob someone to pay. i was naive..and appalled. they completely lie to u and have no qualms about it. they abuse u in every sense. they call u every name in the book. u know who got paid when i could? the nice ones. the ones who cared and worked with us. any other kind..be WARY. protect urself. get educated. know ur rights. sorry i asked another question i know u all r sick of me and my questions lol but..with interest and fees piling up i have no way out of it now at all without a lump sum. and unless i win the lotto..that aint happening. a readers digest article stated.."most people r one diagnosis away frm financial ruin"..it is the truth. insurance or not. savings or none. i wish u all the best in ur fight and ur problems..and ur help on this board. u have helped me so much. it is appreciated!
