THE ONLY FRAUD AROUND HERE IS YOU JERK.

You know absolutely NOTHING about the collection industry, and even more NOTHING about me. HAVE YOU EVER EVEN HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF SETTLING? I DOUBT IT AS YOU ARE ONE OF THE ONES THAT DOESN'T BELEIVE IN THIS CONCEPT.

I am helping Power Johnson.
Keep out of this as it is none of your business.

So what if the collector hits goal?

Power Johnson also gets what he wants out of this. WHICH IS A FAIR SETTLEMENT, DON'T YOU GET IT JERK OFF??? HE WANTS TO PAY THIS?? HELLO, WHAT PART OF THAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND???? Oh right the part about actually paying something and not getting it for free by hiding under a rock for the next X amount of years (depending on your State) I bet you purposely live in a state with a low SOL. You are a professional debtor, deadbeat and an ASSHOLE.

There is nothing wrong with sending a fax to someone that requests it STUPID. That is not illegal, it is illegal if someone is TRYING TO SOLICIT A DEBT BY WAY OF FAX. IF THE DB REQUESTS THE LETTER IT IS NOT ILLEGAL. iT IS JUST A FAST WAY TO GET WHAT HE NEEDS.

He can ask for a letter to be mailed out. IT WOULD JUST TAKE LONGER.

He can send in Western Union TO IF HE WANTS TO.

GO pound sand you puke.
