collection agents have scripts/useful tips

in case u may think u r special or singled out for these people ...they have a script in front of them. my daughter in law was one for a short month. her special training consisted of this is the law..dont get caught breaking it..and get the money anyway u can or ur fired. the script has places on it they go according to ur responses. one response goes this line..one another. if all else fails..like our dear own pet CA, SKB..they go the verbal abusive name calling, screaming, which is illegal and im gonna catch em. every word she has said..i have heard frm my CAs who call me. down to the psych ones of do the right thing or become ur buddy to becoming ur ultimate judge and jury and calling u a fraud. so ...warning! they use a script. completely. they have no clue who u r..nor care. they do want their paycheck and have some sick personality where they dont mind calling up people 8 to 12 hours a day. always remember this when they use their psych on u. its all it is. pure psychology. for their own paychecks. listen close. u will hear the same thing over and over. read between the lines. and ask urself if who ur paying off is gonna actually give up good advice and whose side their on? ya think a car dealer who is making a paycheck will tell u that car is a lemon? lol. think on it. she was simply saying what she would say at work should a client call and say i want to settle and give u my first born so u will shut up. and cha-ching..more commission for her that month.
